Author control is not in Lectora Online. There are a number of other ways you can control access to content.
1. Keep a title private, only you have access to it.
2. Change the status of a title to Production which keeps anyone from being able to make changes.
3. Check out an area of the title that you do not want others working on.
4. Only allow team members (and administrators) to load and work with the title ( team only access ).
