Audio - User Select On/Off

I've created a course with a Flash intro; and the flash goes directly to a page that asks the user Play Narration or No Narration.I have a variable (vAudio) with the initial setting as 0.The narration question is set up as a Radio Group with 2 radio buttons. Play Narration changes the vAudio to 1.Each page has an action, On: Show, Action: Play, Target: Audio 1 (name of audio file), Condition: vAudio Equal 1.The Audio file on each page is set to Not Auto Start.This works fine in HTML, but when it is published to SCORM and loaded to the LMS, the audio plays regardless of what I select on the intial page.I'm using Lectora 2006.What am I doing wrong that it won't work on the LMS?Thanks, Jackie
