Part of the issue could be the microphone you are using. Microphones that use the standard audio jack tend to be noisy. I would suggest getting a microphone that has a USB connection which is much clearer. Also instead of the audio recording system in Lectora get a copy of Audacity (it's free) which is a lot better.
