Audio / narration stops 5 seconds before end

Hello,
I am using Lectora x (2010) to create a course, which includes narration (with MP3 files). There are about 25 pages, each narrated, with various text and graphics transitioning in, synched with the narration. Transitions are based on "seconds", not any triggers in the actual audio file. Problem is that the audio just stops playing about 3-5 seconds before the end of the narration. They play fine outside of lectora, and also in my local published copy, but once I upload to my web server the narration gets cut off.
If I go back and refresh the web page, and listen a 2nd time, the audio plays all the way through. Obviously I don't want my learners to have to do this!
This is one of a series of courses, and the previous 4, created in exactly the same way, have run smoothly. Could this have anything to do with a recent Lectora software update? Anybody else have funky things happening with audio? Ever seen this?
