Audio muting while reviewing course

We've recently published a course with Lectora Inspire. When reviewing the html published course, we experience the audio muting as we progress through the course (without the reviewer muting it) and when it switches then every page going forward is muted. The only way to stop it is to close the course window and then re-open it. Has any else experienced this issue? At first, I thought it was random, but now, I think it seems to follow lesson quiz questions. When you submit your answer to the last question and it goes forward, the following pages are muted.

I've searched the forums and don't see any other posts with this issue. Any feedback is appreciated!
