Audio Editor and events

Hi

I have created events in serveral pieces of audio to display various images on screen. If the event is set at a time when there is no pause in the audio, the audio becomes distorted. If the event is set at a pause in the audio it it creates a sound i can only describe as bad feedback.

Has anyone experienced this before? I am using that latest version of Lectora v9a.
