I come from a 3D background but am now working in a training group. I've noticed that on larger courses there are sometimes settings that need to be changed on all similar pages. In Maya there is a Attribute spreadsheet that lists all the settings for selected objects or all objects in a file. You can then change the settings globally or individually. This kind of functionality would be a huge time saver for Lectora projects!
