Assessment Feedback and Scoring

Hi All:

Looking for guidance on a strange problem...

I have a stand-alone, scored assessment. The assessment uses a variety of question types (single-select, multi-select, and drag-n-drop). The multi-select and drag-n-drop questions are scored to allow for partial credit.

For example, consider a multi-select question with four options, of which the correct response is to check options one and two. If the learner answers completely correctly, s/he gets 4 points (1 for checking option one; 1 for checking option two; 1 for NOT checking option three; and 1 for NOT checking option four).

The problem arises in the scoring/feedback at the end of the assessment. If I answer everything in the assessment correctly, I am (properly) given 100%. However, if I view the targeted feedback, there are some errors.

In the case of the hypothetical question above, for example, my feedback for option 1 should say (CORRECT, SELECTED). For option 2, it should say (CORRECT, SELECTED). For option 3, it should say (CORRECT, NOT SELECTED). For option 4, it should say (CORRECT, NOT SELECTED).

This is not what happens. Instead, for option 1, I get (INCORRECT, SELECTED). For option 2, I get (INCORRECT, SELECTED). Options 3 and 4 are displaying properly.

I've double-checked, and the proper answers are marked as correct/incorrect in the questions themselves. And, as noted, I am (properly) being given a score of 100% when I answer everything correctly.

Has anyone encountered this before? I'm at my wits' end and am about to chalk this up to a Lectora bug.

Thanks!
