Are there instructions for uploading Storyline 3 elearning to the Rockstar platform?

To upload the Storyline published course, first publish it to a zip file using xAPI, SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004. We recommend xAPI.
Then follow the instructions in the following article to Upload your course content to the Rockstar Learning Platform:

Thank you for your response. I don't have xAPI as an option in the drop down when selecting publish settings - please see attached screen shot.
