I am using the archiving options and archvie anything older than 120 days (it was previously 180) and before that a year. I have found that it is not always archiving the student curriculum. I am not sure why. It does for some of the people and then not others.
Does archiving look first and see if a student is not active and not archive anything if they are? Why wouldn't it archive the student curriculum and student courses at the same time it's marking the student inactive?
