Appending Numbers Variable

Hello Users,

I am trying to create a form object and a ten key keypad that pops up on the screen. I need the users to be able to click up to four numbers, have it show on the form filed what they have selected. Where do you find Text Entry Fileds?

How do I do that in Lectora 11?
