Just out of curiousity, did you get any answers? We are using Saba 5.4 SP1 (On Demand Version) and Lectora v9a. I have tried getting courses to work when published to SCORM 2004, but I can never get the completion status to show up on the transcripts for the course level. The only score that shows up is for (what appears to be) a sub-lesson level. Very confusiong.
I am passing the same AICC_Lesson_Status and cmi.completion_status that you are, but I have not had any LMS Commit Errors. Sorry, that I can not be any help.
