I would be happy to look through your course as well as test it in Test Track to see if any errors occur. The error you mention is an LMS error not an error from the SCO. I don't know offhand what is triggering the LMS to produce that error but I might have a better idea when I am able to see your course and review the logs. Is the error only occurring when you attempt to submit/grade the test? If so, do you have the option to report test and question interactions enabled in your SCORM 2004 publish? If so, you may want to disable that option when you publish out and see if that corrects the issue. Again, feel free to send me the content and logs and I will let you know if anything stands out.
