We are trying to create a quiz that provides instant feedback of incorrect selections while tracking answer choices. Is there a way to present feedback on the quiz screen and still track all interactions, or does the feedback need to be on a new screen. We currently have the questions configured to set variables based on the answer selected because we need to be able to report what the end-user selected.
