Flash is a great animation tool, as well as providing the ability to implement actionscript coding for even more interactivity. If you don't want to get into the coding aspect, you can still generate excellent visual animations. However, the learning curve may (or may not) be daunting.As stated above, Captivate is excellent for reproducing on-screen procedures.
