Animation with slow page loading/turning

Thanks for the previous responses... I have a new problem. In Captivate I had one slide that has full motion recording in it and it's showing up in a seperate swf for that one full motion slide. Also, the menu bar is in another swf file. In the past we've done a work around using the 'index' file. Any suggestions so I can have all 3 swf files (regular slides, full motion slide and the menu bar) running so I can get everything working right?Thanks for the previous responses...
