Animated GIF Won't Play from Start on 2nd play

I have a series of buttons where when one is clicked it plays/shows a gif, and then when the next one is clicked it hides the other gifs and plays that button's gif. It works fine for the first play through, but then on the second play through the last two gifs are starting in the middle instead of starting at the beginning or their loop. Is there a way to get it to start from the beginning, or any idea why it's not starting from the beginning even through I am hiding it when they click another button and showing it when they click the button again? I'm using Lectora 19 (Desktop version). Thanks.
