All Functions are not working properly

I've recently created a course and in RUN MODE, it does everything I need it to do, but in browser mode it is absolutely mess up. I have images flying off the page and I can't use any of my navigation buttons. Can someone please help? We've updated to version 9.2 and the problems still exist.
