Aicc window open to size with no toolbars

Hi I have created an AICC course and need the course to open from the LMS at 1012 X 651 without any toolbars. From what I can gather this would mean editing the titlemanager code. Has anyone had a success getting this to work? or any suggestions of a way of doing it.
