AICC Remote Content Problem

Jinnie,When you encounter the "True" error is it during a test question with the popup remediation from the Lectora testing feature? We ran into this problem earlier in the year with some of our courses, the problem appears randomly depending on where in the world the student resides. As far as I can tell the issue is caused by a conflict with server firewalls and JavaScript. The way we got around it (we only saw this in tests) was to create on screen remediation for the tests vice using the Lectora popups for remediation. In our case I know it isn't a true Lectora problems since we have seen it occur in other web based applications.Shawn
