AICC Publishing

For AICC bookmarking, if you select this option when you publish out, Lectora will automatically set the bookmarking values for you. There is no need for actions in the course to handle this.As for setting the status to incomplete, Lectora does this for you as well but will require you to place an action in the course to set it to completed or to the value c which is the common value for the AICC completion status. If you have a linear course setup, you can simply place the action on the last page of the course. If you do not have this type of setup and want to use other variables to handle this based on the pages the user visits, you can certainly do so. There are different ways to do this by placing an action on the pages you want to force the end users to view before they are given a completed status. You could use one variable and add letters to it or separate variables and use values like 0 or 1. Again it all depends on how you want to set it up. Then when you have all those actions setup correctly you would use the conditions tab on the action to modify the AICC_Lesson_Status variable and setup the conditions for the variable or variables you used in the title.
