AICC course does not record completion in LMS

Our LMS vendor recently opened capabilites for us to load AICC courses ourselves.

When the vendor loads the course it resides on the same network server as the LMS. When we load the course it will not. This brings me to my problem.

I have a brief AICC course that I'm trying to publish to our LMS. There is no test in the course, however I have a modify variable action. (AICC_Lesson_Status - Value: complete) on a click here... button. Then an Exit / Close Window action with a 3 second delay. The problem is when I load this to my LMS, the class does not complete.

I have had my vendor load the course and it completes fine when it resides on the same network server as the LMS.

So, I think my problem is in the cross-domain redirector URL. I am entering an http address that launches from our Network Neighborhood. Is there something else that I should be doing?

What should my "publish window look like? Specifically, what should be here:

[x] The published course will report Test / Survey Question Interactions to the LMS

[x] Append timestamp to interaction to create unique ID

[x] The published course will prompt to restore the the last viewed location within the LMS

Do you have any thoughts / ideas / suggestions for me? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
