I need to create a lesson in which learners can launch a document and then signoff they either they have:
1. Have read the document and agree to comply, or
2. Have read the document and refuse to comply
I'm thinking I can create a lesson with a test with 1 question in which the first option is the correct answer and the second option is the wrong answer. Any other thoughts on how to get "compliance signoff" in a lesson?
