After Effects and Lectora

In line with my previous thread regarding mobile devices, the same course, is going to include some rich animation built in Adobe After Effects. I have not incorporated animation from AE into Lectora before.
Any advice from those out there that have? Any tips or tricks that I should be aware of so I do it correctly?

After Effects outputs video files. Video files are easy to insert into Lectora. Just basically drop it in the slide. That's it.
