I understand that the learner might want to learn in a nonsequential order, but isn't it up to the course to decide what level of control the learner has? And wouldn't it be potentially dangerous to let the learner jump around in a sequential course? (For example, mixing dangerous chemicals- one step out of order or missed could cause deadly results.)Anyhow, interesting 100-dollar words- I'd like to see a demo showing the value of it.
