Adding an ungraded Quiz with Questions

UNGRADED QUIZ WITH FEEDBACK:
All of our questions are multiple choice. We are giving feedback to each response, whether correct or incorrect. When I click Add > Question, the page is not formatted correctly (or at least not as my other pages in the course are), and the Q and A's are too high on the page. I can't see a way to "Group" the Question and response choices. I need to move all the information WAY down the page. I thought if I Grouped the Q and response choices (A's), I could move the whole group down, but it doesn't seem to allow that. I am having to move each Q, Answer Choice, AND Answer Button independently. This will drive me batty, as it literally took me 2 hours to enter 2 quiz questions. Is there a better way?
Also, my course is formatted with text boxes with a white background and blue text. When I add Questions, there is virtually no text box, or at least, the Q and A's are not in one continuous text box. So, I am having to reformat the "skin" for each quiz question I add. Is it possible to add Questions, Responses, and Answer buttons to a text box that is pre-formatted?
Is there a quicker way to do this? Does anyone have tips for copy and pasting quiz Q's and A's. (My Quizzes are in Word. I can't open the Word doc in Notepad or Wordpad. I am copying directly from Word to the Questions. It seems that I have to copy and paste the Q, the answer choices, and the feedback separately. I am under a quick turnaround deadline to add the Quizzes to a course that is otherwise done. Any ideas?
SCORM:
Also, I need to publish to SCORM. I have been testing by publishing to HTML. All was well until I changed the settings to publish to SCORM. Now, when I publish, the message says that I must have a Scored Test or Modify some variable action for either AICC Lesson Status or AICC Score. (What does this mean?) The Quizzes above are ungraded, so I will not have a Scored Test. Our exams are being handled in our LMS. I don't know what variable to modify (and we are not grading the quiz).
