Adding a Notes page

Off the top of my head...you could just add an essay question to each page acting as fill in field for note taking and then use a series of text boxes at the end to display the notes and offer a print function.Off the top of my head...you could just add an essay question to each page acting as fill in field for note taking and then use a series of text boxes at the end to display the notes and offer a print function.
