You say it works in HTML. Have you published it to SCORM web-based? My assumption is that it should work. Alas, I have not published it to SCORM. My understanding of this feature is very limited. I learned about it by asking this question earlier (thanks, Ben). And once I learned that it doesn't work when published to an executable, I promptly forgot about it as it did not fulfil my needs. I went a different route.
