Actions fail after Being Published to HTML.

I have a course I created with one Assignable unit containing 4 lessons, a pre test and post test. When i publish to Scrom 1.2 or CD works flawlessly, However, my client desired a Publish to Html Version,

I Published in Lectora Professional Publishing Suite v.9a(5847) with no errors, however, actions enabling a second or third or any after the first Audio do not work, nor does any action based on the completion of an audio file or animations file.

I read in the help that actions are converted to Java Script, but that still does not explain the converted actions no longer working.

Any thoughts?
