Action to save attachment

I have an image that is the certificate for completing the course. But the action that i am able to input is to pront the certificate. There may be occassions that users are unable to print and need to save the certificate onto their local computer. Thus, printing later at their convenience. I have put a button for this but unable to find an action that allows this image to be saved. Please help.
