Running everything thru a browser is better anyway, for ANY platform, even off a CD.It's doubtful you're going to try to access any local files on the host computer, they're probably included on the CD so publish to HTML.When you make the CD you can instruct the computer which file to auto launch.That way you don't lose javascript functionality. Cookies still work,etc.
