Ability to test out of title

I need to create a Title that has a "Test-Out" test. The user could access this test from any page in the title and take a test. If they pass, they are given a passing score and they do not need to continue the title. If they choose to not "Test-Out" they are given a test at the end of the Title.I am using CourseMill as my LMS.Any ideas on the best way to handle this?
