Sounds like you have some kind of error on the page that Lectora is not catching. Are you using IE for a browser? If so, is there a yellow triangle in the lower left corner? If so, you have some kind of error on the page that is not being caught by Lectora. If possible, can you post your file under the Files section of the Lounge? Use File menu > Export > Zip and post that. Then post back here that you have uploaded your file.
